Les Cyclades – Train station – Garden – 6 people

Very nice apartment in the center of Le Mans, 600 meters from Gare du Mans, Bright and recently renovated, "Les Cyclades" you'll just have to unpack your bags! The space The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, an open dressing room and a desk. The living room has a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a connected TV, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A garden completes the apartment with a table for 6 people, two deck chairs and garden furniture. Bathroom with sink and large shower as well as toilet complete the apartment. Upstairs, a very large bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, a 140 X 190 bed and a desk. Come empty-handed (without forgetting your belongings of course :)), because we will provide you with the kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar...), as well as some consumables while you go shopping (coffee, sugar, tea). A folding bed can also be provided upon request. (€10 per stay) On the bathroom side, we prepare one towel per person, a bath mat and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap...). All the above products are therefore available during the stay, please leave them in the accommodation afterwards (we will not hesitate to use AIRCOVER insurance in the event of a breach). A secure key box will allow you to check in and out independently. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, a fine of €50 will be requested in case of non-compliance. Cleaning is done with the utmost care between 2 guests, cleaning and disinfecting products will be available to you on site. Other things to note the majority of tenants are respectful, but a minority require us to clarify the following: The "cleaning" package includes: normal maintenance of the apartment, bedrooms and bathroom, making beds and laundry costs, however you are asked to: 1) do your dishes and store them. 2) empty your garbage cans (in closed bags) in the container at your disposal. 3) empty and clean the refrigerator. if necessary, we will be obliged to ask you for a supplement through Airbnb according to the following scale: *) garbage cans not emptied, or bag not closed: €15. *) refrigerator not emptied: €15 *) dishes not done, not put away: €20
