The charming little house is located in a well-kept residential area, right next to a tranquil park. Here you can breathe deeply and recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The most important facilities for everyday needs (discount store, drugstore, medical center, hardware store, cinema, restaurants,...) are within walking distance. The main train station can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. The Rastatt-Nord highway on-ramp is about 5 minutes away. Minimum stay: two nights The space The guest house has a separate entrance with video intercom (no recording possible) and its own carport - if this is too narrow for your car, you will find enough free parking in the street and the surrounding area. The upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase - there is the bright bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and on request an additional guest bed (90 x 200 cm). On the ground floor there is a compact shower room (with window) and the spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen (incl. fridge, stove with oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher) and up to two additional sleeping accommodations on the sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) plus a practical workplace (height-adjustable desk). Other things to note The nearest charging station for electric cars is about 500 meters away (at Penny on Tulla). 55" smart TV offers standard streaming services such as Netflix, Prime and Disney+ (each requires its own account). Mobile air conditioning in the bedroom if needed.
