Above the castle village of Altleiningen, between oaks and black locusts, the tall glass gables of the BURGSTRASSE APARTMENTS rise up. Modern timber construction, light-flooded rooms and panoramic views over the valley. Polished concrete, rough wood paneling, painted steel, colored glass, brushed brass, designer furniture, oil paintings and a record player create an aesthetic that is somewhere between a mountain lodge and a cheerful, pop-inspired modern style. "Nature-inspired wellness" in the garden with a sauna, cooling trough, sun terraces and a panoramic lounger. The space WEST APARTMENT In the center of the apartment is an open-plan living loft with a panoramic window, with a well-equipped kitchenette. In front of it is a large balcony with fantastic views over the valley. The cozy lounge/living room is slightly elevated. Private record player and mini record store. The spacious shower room overlooks the oak forest to the north. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom opens to the valley through a large glass gable. The second, cozy bedroom overlooks the oak grove and sandstone cliffs. GARDEN From both apartments, you can go directly into our large garden. We have designed it to be casual, cheerful and close to nature. In the garden, you will find, among other things: Dining area in the black locust grove Vegetable, herb and fruit garden (heritage varieties). Harvesting allowed. Sauna with panoramic view, relaxation terrace, cool-down shower, concrete bathtub Lawn Bike shed SAUNA In the garden under the house, you will find our small, lovely sauna for up to 4 people. The panoramic view of the valley is particularly beautiful. In winter, the low sun shines all the way to the benches. Next door, there is a cold water shower for cooling off and a relaxation terrace. If you like, you can also get into the concrete bathtub (which, by the way, is sustainably supplied with rainwater that we store under the house). Shared use of the sauna is included in the price. There is a list hanging by the sauna where guests can enter their sauna times in advance. Other things to note The apartment is NOT barrier-free, has stairs inside the apartment, also in the garden. Pets are NOT allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Fire and candles in the garden are forbidden due to the DANGER OF FOREST FIRE. Due to the open design, the sleeping gallery is not acoustically separated from the living area. Of course, it is separated by a glass wall and curtains that are light and opaque. The northern bedroom is separated from the living room by a light furniture door.
