The space APARTMENT WEST In the center of the apartment is an open living loft with panoramic windows, with a well-equipped kitchenette. In front of it is a large balcony with fantastic views over the valley. The cozy lounge-living room is slightly elevated. The spacious shower room overlooks the oak forest to the north. Upstairs, the gallery bedroom opens to the valley with a large glass gable. The second, cozy bedroom faces the oak forest and sandstone rocks. GARDEN From both apartments you can directly enter our large garden. We have created this in a casual, cheerful and natural way. In the garden you will find, among other things: Dining area in the robinia grove Vegetable, herb and orchard (old varieties). Harvesting allowed. Sauna with panoramic views, relaxation terrace, cooling shower, concrete bathtub Lawn Bicycle shed SAUNA In the garden under the house you will find our small fine sauna for up to 4 people. The panoramic view of the valley is particularly beautiful. In winter, the low sun shines down to the benches. Next door there is a cold water shower and a relaxation terrace for cooling off. If you want, you can also get into the concrete bathtub (by the way, sustainably fed with rainwater that we store under the house). The shared use of the sauna is included in the price. There is a list on the sauna in which guests enter their sauna times in advance. Other things to note The apartment is NOT barrier-free, has stairs inside the apartment, also in the garden. Pets are NOT allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Fire and candles in the garden are forbidden due to the DANGER OF FOREST FIRE. Due to the open design, the sleeping gallery is not acoustically separated from the living area. Of course, it is separated by a glass wall and curtains that are light and opaque. The northern bedroom is separated from the living room by a light furniture door.
