Historical villa overlooking the Gulf The space Convista Lerici presents Miralunga villetta Rossa. Villetta Miralunga is divided into two parts characterised by distinct styles such as the two colours of the facades, yellow and red. In this section we describe Villetta Miralunga Rossa. The latter is full of details, books, paintings, boat models and secrets to discover. It is the perfect house for those who make curiosity their nourishment. The house has a garden equipped with sun loungers and chairs, an outdoor table and many fragrant aromatic plants. The breathtaking view of the Gulf of Poets and the islands in front will provide the backdrop for extraordinary sunsets. From the garden, passing through the crags, you arrive directly at the swimming pool (shared with villetta Miralunga Gialla). Entering the house you will find yourself in an attic living room with exposed beams, whose internal stairs give the room a pleasant movement. In the living room you will find a well-stocked bookcase, two sofas, one of which is a bed (single), and a TV. The adjacent room, a relaxation area, is furnished with a single bed and original Eames leather armchairs. The large window from which one can see the entire gulf facing the sunset makes the room perfect for pleasant relaxation. In the study on the floor, the presence of the desk and a large window, which makes the room very bright, makes it a suitable environment for those who will be required to work. The sleeping area is located one floor down. The first bedroom on the right has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and a window with a beautiful sea view. In the small corridor that connects the two bedrooms, there is a complete bathroom with bath, and a window overlooking the sea. The other room on the floor has a double bed, wardrobe and two windows with views. Going down to the intermediate floor there is a service bathroom with shower, followed on the garden level by the dining area with an equipped kitchen. The dining room has an antique rustic glass cabinet and a wooden table seating 10, has several views of the garden, two French doors and a small window. From the garden equipped with a barbecue, there is access through an archway with a gate to the path leading to the swimming pool. The hours of use will be from mid-June to the end of September from 09.00 to 20.00. Other things to note At the time of booking you will be asked to fill in an online check-in form to enter the credentials of the people staying so that you can make the necessary communications to the relevant authorities.
