King bed air conditioned space with sea views #2

. The space The space is furnished and air conditioned. It contains a King sized bed (2mtsX2mts) and ensuite bathroom. For the guests comfort, we provide a refrigerator, microwave, basic dishes and table with chairs . The place has a beautiful view of the sea from the large window. Guest access The guests have full and private access to the entire place for the duration of the stay. , Other things to note *The space is a spacious room converted to a studio. This is a private space and doesn't have any shared common areas. *The space is located on the fifth floor in a building without an elevator. This apartment would not be suitable for somebody in a wheelchair or with mobility issues. *Please note due to the weather in Cartagena hot water is not common. This building, like most buildings in Cartagena, does not have hot water. * Only number of the guests registered in the reservation can enter the building (or a fine of $25 USD per person/ per day will occur) *Please be aware that if someone has to come to the building location to handle an issue that is caused by the guest (lost key, etc.), there will be a $30 USD fee.
