Eliot This new adventure is actually a return to our past, when in the early 1950s our grandmother started the same business by hosting what were then called "holidaymakers", with many of them over the years a friendship was born. The space The "Casa del Gelsomino" is the house where we grew up, which is why we have renovated it with love and with great pleasure we make it available to our guests. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area five minutes from the historic center, it offers guests spacious and bright rooms for couples, families and your four-legged friends. The recent renovation has allowed the installation of a latest-generation photovoltaic system that makes the building "green", practically self-sufficient from an energy point of view. Our property is spread over two floors: on the first floor you will find a modern kitchen-living room fully equipped with everything you need to cook and equipped with appliances, utensils and dishes. On the same floor, you will find a spacious living room with a terrace overlooking a private courtyard, which on the hottest evenings can offer serene relaxation. On the second floor, you will find a double bedroom equipped with a desk, TV, and wardrobe. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The bathroom, completely renovated with modern and functional materials, is equipped with all the accessories and includes a comfortable shower cubicle. Wi-Fi and linen are included in the price. The property is surrounded by a comfortable and spacious paved courtyard that can be used as a safe shelter for your bicycles and/or motorcycles; it is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. Guest access The "Casa del Gelsomino" is located on the slopes of the hills portrayed by Piero della Francesca in the paintings that have made Sansepolcro an eternal protagonist of the history of art; already in itself a unique and important testimony of the Renaissance and completely surrounded by the ancient walls, it is located in a strategic position between Tuscany, Umbria and Romagna. Within a few dozen kilometers, you can reach cities such as Anghiari, Arezzo, Cortona, the nearby Città di Castello and Perugia to enrich your experience in discovering the most beautiful villages in Italy. You will also find yourself in the center of the "Cammini di San Francesco", a spiritual and artistic path that unites Assisi with Casentino (Sanctuary of La Verna), without forgetting the Hermitage of Montecasale: a terrace on the Valtiberina, a few minutes by car from your residence. In the watershed between Tuscany and Romagna, 'l giogo di che Tever si disserra (Dante Alighieri), there are numerous paths that immerse themselves in the nature that surrounds Mount Fumaiolo.
