Other things to note Once your booking has been validated by our team, we'll send you a secret code a few hours before check-in to access the property. Check-ins are autonomous with a key box. Same for your checkout. Check-in times are only from 4:00 p.m. and checkout times are always before 11:00 a.m. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we will apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our team discovers the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, butts etc.), we reserve the right to demand a fine of a minimum amount of €300.
