The apartment offers the opportunity to spend time with friends or family in a beautiful atmosphere, to work comfortably and to end the evening on the balcony. You can start your day with delicious coffee and fresh rolls from the nearby bakery. So that you can start your activities rested, a cozy queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) or a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and hotel-level bedding. The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two more people. In the living room, you can put your feet up, enjoy the entertainment on the large smart TV with streaming options and be productive at the workplace provided for you. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and whatever else you need to cook well. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and small pretty accessories. A hairdryer and hygiene items are also available. Fresh towels are of course at your disposal. To end the evening with a glass of wine, our balcony offers you the perfect place to spend relaxing hours on it and perhaps catch the last rays of sunshine of the day. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities such as Rewe and Lidl. Downtown is only a 10-minute walk away and the nearby city park also invites you to take relaxing walks. The "Magdeburger Str." train stop is a 2-minute walk. The main train station is at a distance of 15 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive. By car you can reach the A14 in 7 minutes and are therefore well connected. For travelers who want to visit Leipzig, we are ideally located - Halle train station can be reached quickly. The Leuna Chemie Stadium and the Zoological Garden are a few minutes' drive away. By tram you can reach the Halle exhibition grounds in 10 minutes. Please note that pets are not allowed in our accommodation, except for assistance animals. Guest access You can park in the area for free. By public transport you can also reach the apartment very well. The tram stop is just 300 meters away. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourselves at home!
