It is located on the same property as the owner, but has it's own entrance. It has a private outside dining area and barbeque, A communal pool is available. This space offers comfort & privacy. It is a one bedroom cottage with a queen size bed in the bedroom and another in the lounge area. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave. For the convenience of guests, all basic condiments are provided No problems with load shedding due to solar energy. Secure off-street undercover parking with extra security (electric fence, beams, security company & panic buttons) We are close to the Gautrain bus route, 2.5km from Hyde Park Shopping Centre, Rosebank Shopping Centre & the Gautrain, & 6km from Sandton CBD.
