This spacious apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator in a very quiet building. With 5 comfortable beds and a terrace, it offers the ideal solution for all types of stays thanks to the privacy of the rooms and its strategic location: Less than 20 meters away is the bus stop for bus 51: • 5 minutes on foot to Niguarda Hospital • 10 minutes on foot to Lago di Niguarda - Parco Nord • 22 minutes to Central Station (Bus #51 + M3) • 27 minutes to Duomo (Bus #51 + M3) The space The apartment is designed to offer space, privacy, and tranquility. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a splendid open space consisting of the main living area and the dining area. The living area is equipped with everything you need to relax: a 3-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa bed, a comfortable armchair, several lamps for evening reading, and a 50” 4k smart TV with Netflix. Additionally, there is a large and bright terrace exclusively for guests' use. Adding to the experience are various design details including the Saarinen dining table with chairs and a beautiful pendant lamp to illuminate the dining area. Near the dining table, you will find part of the fully equipped kitchen; amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. As a welcome gift, Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and sugar are provided. The kitchenette is skillfully tucked away in a small windowed space and concludes the kitchen. Next to the refrigerator, there is a small balcony set up as a storage space. In addition to being very bright, the apartment can ensure maximum darkness during the evening hours thanks to the shutters on every window. The second part of the apartment is divided into 3 rooms. The first is a double bedroom, equipped with a king-size mattress, a large wardrobe for guests' use, and bedside tables with power outlets for charging your devices. Here too, there are design elements such as the beautiful Kartell bedside lamps for your evening readings. To enrich the room, there is also a convenient jewelry holder with a mirror placed on the dresser. Between the 2 bedrooms is the windowed bathroom. This space has been skillfully divided into 2 parts: in the first part, you will find the sink with a large mirror and a cabinet for laundry and house cleaning; the second part, separated from the rest of the room to ensure maximum privacy, consists of: toilet, bidet, and a large shower area entirely covered in stone. To ensure comfort during your stay, guests have access to a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and a Welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel. Finishing off the apartment, there is a hallway characterized by a large mirror to choose the perfect outfit and the last single bedroom with a queen-size mattress. Here too, all comforts are provided including bedside lamps for evening reading, a bedside table with power outlets for charging your devices, and a large wardrobe at the guest's complete disposal. A peculiar feature of the room is a work desk with dedicated lighting. The house has fully centralized heating while air conditioning is provided by 2 adjustable splits (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), the second bedroom, instead, is equipped with a floor fan. Fiber optic Wi-Fi 1 GB is available, particularly efficient for managing multiple connected devices and for smart working. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Upon confirmation of the reservation, we will provide a video via email explaining all the simple steps to access. Other things to note IMPORTANT RULES: Bed setup is as follows: - 1-2 guests > ONLY 1 double bed in the main bedroom. - 3 guests > 1 double bed in the main bedroom + 1 queen size (190x140) bed in the small bedroom. - 4 guests > 1 double bed in the main bedroom + 1 queen size sofa bed (190x140) in the living room. - 5 guests > all available beds. If you are only 2 guests, there is the option to have the 2 beds separated at an additional cost of €25 to cover the extra bed linen costs, to be paid before check-in.
