This premium apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with workspaces, a kitchen with a lovely dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The largest bedroom has an integrated living area with a sofa bed. The central location allows you to reach the Linz city center, the music theater, the Design Center, the Südbahnhofmarkt, and Landstraße on foot. The space In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine with coffee, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and induction cooktops. Basic kitchen equipment is provided. A multi-course meal for 8 people is not feasible. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. In the spacious living/sleeping area, there is a king-size box spring bed and a sofa bed and TV. Additionally, there is a desk available. The two other bedrooms feature a queen-size or a French box spring bed for two people and a desk. Other things to note The accommodation is located in the house at Schillerstraße 49, close to the city center. The Linz Music Theater can be reached in a few minutes. The Linz Südbahnhof is also reachable within a few minutes and offers something for every taste. Additionally, the house features the Fourty Nine, which operates as a bar on weekends.
