Welcome to Cosy Home Caserta! The accommodation is a semi-independent modern-style solution, designed to make you feel at home. We are located on Via Ferrarecce, in a strategic position just next to the historic city center and only a 10-minute walk from the train/bus station, the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the University. The area is extremely convenient and fully serviced: right downstairs you will find a supermarket, a café, and various shop. Perfect for tourists, workers, and students The space The accommodation is a semi-independent solution with only the main entrance shared; once inside, a private door will lead you to your accommodation, ensuring complete privacy. The interior consists of: A double bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed (an additional crib for children is available). A kitchenette equipped for breakfasts and quick meals (electric hot plate, microwave, moka pot, kettle, and essential cookware and cleaning supplies). The bathroom, like the rest of the house, has been recently renovated and features all new and functional facilities (shower, sink, toilet, and bidet). A small terrace furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking the inner side of the building. Included amenities: air conditioning with split unit and fast Wi-Fi. The accommodation is furnished in a modern and functional style, designed to offer an environment that is both welcoming and practical. The spaces are carefully detailed, enriched with decorative plants that add freshness and pop art posters that give the house an original and contemporary atmosphere. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire accommodation described above, including the lovely furnished terrace overlooking the inner side of the building and the street. The accommodation is located within a condominium building. The main entrance of the property is the only area shared with the owner. Other things to note Parking: We do not provide a private parking space. On the street (Via Ferrarecce and nearby streets), you can park for free in the white-lined spaces or in the paid blue-lined spaces. The cost is very affordable: about €0.60 per hour, which amounts to approximately €5–6 per day, since parking fees are not active during all hours of the day. The kitchenette is ideal for breakfasts, heating food, or preparing quick meals. It is not possible to cook overly complex dishes or foods that produce strong smoke or odors, due to the absence of an extractor fan or external ventilation system. Bathroom and Toilet: The bathroom is equipped with a special drainage system (sanitary macerator). It is strictly forbidden to dispose of excessive amounts of toilet paper, sanitary pads, wipes, or any other type of waste in the toilet, in order to avoid serious damage and flooding of the accommodation. Registration: A maximum of 2 guests (plus a small child, if applicable) are allowed to stay in the apartment. For security reasons and in compliance with Italian law, all guests staying at the property must be properly registered by providing their identification documents before or at check-in.
