The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free. Guest access A special room with wellness facilities is available to guests. The wellness facilities include unlimited use of the sauna and hot tub. In the wellness room there is a starry sky ceiling to create a special atmosphere as well as a bluetooth speaker. Free parking is available within the house and no reservation is required. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet and free WiFi is available to guests in all rooms. Owners of electric vehicles can charge their vehicle for free, as there is a free charger within the house. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (fridge, sink, gas grill). In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and accessories for food preparation (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee and tea maker, etc.). The house has one bedroom with a large double bed measuring 180x200cm and a sofa bed measuring 140x200cm in the living room. Guests have access to a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine, as well as an additional toilet and shower located in the wellness room. There is a smart TV in the living room. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m. Please prepare personal documents upon arrival.
