Finally back to the sea and time for shared adventures and experiences in Scharbeutz! We want you to be able to leave your everyday life behind and feel comfortable in our apartments. Each apartment is individually and family-friendly furnished, there is something for every taste. Attention: Apartments A + B do not differ in terms of furnishings or style. Only the view to the outside can differ minimally. The space Your absolute dream vacation apartment Ocean View is located in Ocean Hill and is on the 2nd floor (own staircase entrance). The wonderful sea view with jacuzzi invites you to dream. From the apartment to the beach it is just 300 m. A private parking space is right outside the door. The apartment is 80 m² and has two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living area (140 x 200 cm). In the living room as well as in the bedroom you will find a smart TV. On the balcony with sea view and whirlpool, you have the possibility to grill and spend a relaxing evening there. Seating, beach chair, hanging chair and a radiant heater are also available there. Other highlights: - Air-conditioning - Private sauna in the bathroom - Gas fireplace in the living area - Weber gas grill with gas tap The cleaning fee includes the linen (consisting of bed linen, hand and shower towels, bath mats). The following is provided for first use: 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 garbage bags, 2-3 dishwasher tabs, 2-4 coffee capsules Everything else is consumable items that must be brought along. Here you can find more information about the amenities: •⁠ ⁠Fully equipped kitchen (coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more) • Lockable bicycle shed in front of the house • Private playground just for our little guests •⁠ ⁠Baby package (crib + high chair (Mimzy Snacker) upon request and for a fee This apartment does not allow pets. Guest access Our guests have access to the bicycle shed, the house and the rented apartment. The access code will be emailed to you a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note We will create the digital spa cards for you before arrival. These will be charged separately with the currently valid fee of the municipality of Scharbeutz. In addition, you have the option to book the following extras: •⁠ ⁠Children's high chair (Mimzy Snacker) + travel bed (Hauck travel bed) (€20 per stay) • Use of a charging station for your e-car (€20 per charge) •⁠ ⁠Bathrobe (€8.50 per bathrobe) Please contact us directly for these extras. * Non-smoking - smoking is not allowed in our apartments. Please use the outdoor areas for this. Please note that some items shown in the booking photos may vary in the apartments. Depending on the condition, these will be replaced. Decorations or smaller, non-essential furnishings may differ from apartment to apartment. However, the core equipment remains fully available and functional.
