Vento di Scirocco is a brand new apartment furnished and complete with all the services and amenities necessary for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is very large and has a very spacious and comfortable living area and kitchen. The apartment consists of: entrance to the living area consisting of a kitchen and living room (from which you can access the balcony), two bathrooms both with a shower and a laundry area, two bedrooms both with a double bed and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. The space SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including 2 in the first bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 in the third bedroom with a bunk bed. BATHROOMS The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. One of the two bathrooms also has a very spacious laundry area where the washing machine is located. WIFI The apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. HEATING The apartment is equipped with a heating system with radiators (present in each room) that can heat the entire apartment in a few minutes. LINEN The apartment is complete with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE Guests will also have a washing machine that they can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN The apartment has a furnished kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with pods and traditional coffee machine, oven and microwave). PARKING The apartment does NOT have a private indoor parking lot, but it is possible to park on the street where a parking lot is always available. SAFETY The apartment has a fire extinguisher and a smoke and carbon monoxide detection system. OUTDOOR SPACE The exterior consists of a large furnished balcony. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
