The space The property is located in the town of Kleingladbach with 2300 inhabitants, which belongs to the city of Hückelhoven. From the front door to the A46 highway towards MG or Düsseldorf it is just 4 minutes. From there, you can reach the city of Mönchengladbach in about 25 minutes and Düsseldorf Airport in about 40 minutes. In the other direction, it goes towards Heinsberg or the Dutch border. This means that you can also reach the city center of Roermond after just 25 km and in less than 30 minutes. Visit the Effelder Waldsee or play a round of golf at the Golf Club Residenz in Rothenbach. Both can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
