A 120 square metre loft on the 1st floor on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a professionally equipped workstation awaits you within a few minutes' walk from the underground car park. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee, enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this loft with a wonderful view of St Matthew's Church and listen to the beautiful sounds of the bells. All bedrooms have cosy 1.60m box-spring double beds and plenty of storage space for your suitcase. The comfortable sofa bed offers space for two more people in queen size. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 6 people as well as a cosy seating area with a sofa, HD projector and surround sound system. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath and the loft also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The additional WC offers enough space for all guests. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel & shampoo. Guest access The entire loft with separate entrance is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! The parking space in the underground car park within walking distance is also reserved especially for you (5.0m long x 2.5m wide x 1.9m high) Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels.
