The space This 70 m2 house on 3 levels with modern stairs, renovated in 2022, is entirely designed for an atypical time with family or friends. This accommodation is fully equipped with a functional kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, kettle...), a spacious bathroom, two bedrooms of more than 14 m2 with double bed and reversible air conditioning for the strong summer heat known in the South East. The amenities are located on the top floor and across from one of the bedrooms, important to know. An intimate living room with video projector and giant motorized screen for the little evening movie just before the well-deserved rest from the day's walks in the hilltop villages of the Fayence canton. Other things to note To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, here are the important points to know in order to book under the best conditions: The toilet and bathroom are dual-aspect with one of the bedrooms. There is a porch at the entrance to the accommodation that can act as a small terrace overlooking the village streets. The entrance to the house opens directly onto the living/dining room and kitchen. In this room, a staircase leads down to the first bedroom (with air conditioning, French window and shutter) and a staircase leads up to the second bedroom (with air conditioning, window and shutter), the bathroom and the toilet. As seen in the photos of the exterior, there is no possibility of accessing the accommodation directly by car, free public parking spaces are available throughout the village.
