An easy drive to Chapel Hill, The Turpentine Tree, Bilpin Resort and the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens wedding venues. * Please note that only registered guest numbers are allowed at the property. Sorry NO Pets allowed. The property offers high quality bed linen and towels, bedroom configuration as follows; - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed - Bedroom 2-  Queen bed - Bedroom 3 - Double bed below with single bunk above. - Bedroom 4 -   2 x single beds - Cot and high chair available - Beautifully appointed main bathroom with shower, toilet and bath - Second bathroom with shower and toilet - Quality well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine(big pods), wall oven, gas cook-top and microwave. - Spacious light filled lounge room with combustion fire enjoying expansive views over the grazing paddocks and the Wollemi National Park. - 2nd living area with wall hung TV. - Wireless internet - 2 generous outdoor areas, both with views and outdoor furniture. - Fire pit looking over grazing paddocks. - Laundry with washing machine, clothes line and drying rack. - Cot and highchair available. - Parking for 4 cars. * Pricing is based on a maximum of 8 guests, if you require 9 guests in total the 9th guest is charged at an additional $25.00 per night. Mount Tootie Road is an all-weather road but is NOT sealed the whole way to the property. A 4WD vehicle is NOT required. There may be pot holes after heavy rain. Please drive according to the conditions at hand. Please note that there are cattle and other animals on the property Unfortunately Sorata is not pet friendly Note - Sorata is set within a 200 plus acre working rural property. There are several homes situated across the property, all well separated . Please note that the driveway is shared by all. Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
