Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Gessate! This spacious 4-room apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With three cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The large garden is perfect for moments of outdoor leisure and for tasty barbecues with friends and family. Ideally located, it is perfect for easily reaching the center of Milan directly by metro. The space At the entrance, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa welcomes you. Behind the sofa, on the right, you will find our spacious fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and a large dining table for 6 people, ideal for pleasant meals with friends. From the living room, a staircase leads to the small tavern, which unfortunately is not accessible to guests as it is not furnished. Continuing along the corridor, on the left, you will find the single room with direct access to the garden through a French window. Here you will find a comfortable single bed and a study/work area with a desk. The master bedroom, on the right, has a luxurious double bed, a large wardrobe available to guests and a window that makes the room very bright during the day. The bathroom, also on the right side, is spacious and complete with a sink, toilet, bidet and a bathtub that also serves as a shower stall. Finally, the third bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, is furnished with three single beds and offers a large wardrobe for guests' personal belongings. The apartment has air conditioning throughout the house, ensuring a pleasant climate at all times of the year. The surrounding garden, accessible from both the living room and the single room, offers ample space for barbecues and outdoor moments, with a dining table and a coffee table to enjoy the best of outdoor moments. Guest access The entire ground floor and garden are available for guest use. For those who reach us by car, a large free parking lot is available just outside the house. Other things to note Travel light with our welcome kit! This includes: - full bedding - a set of two towels for each guest (a bath towel and a smaller one) - shampoo - body wash - dish soap - a complimentary roll of toilet paper - one roll of paper towels - lighter - pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses - some basic condiments, such as salt, oil, pepper and sugar The center of Milan is easily accessible from the apartment: the 'Gessate' metro stop on the MM2 Line can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is no accommodation tax.
