Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Gessate! This spacious 4-room apartment with a basement offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With four cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The large garden is perfect for enjoying moments of leisure outdoors and for delicious barbecues with friends and family. Ideally located, it is perfect for easily reaching the center of Milan directly by metro. The space At the entrance, a bright dining room welcomes you. On the right, you will find our spacious, fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and a large dining table for 8 people, ideal for pleasant meals with friends. From the dining room, a staircase leads to the large basement room, which is used as a relaxation lounge but can become a fourth bedroom with its double sofa bed and smart TV. Continuing along the hallway, on the left, you will find the single room with direct access to the garden through a French window. Here, you will find a comfortable single bed and a study/work area with a desk. The master bedroom, on the right, has a luxurious double bed, a large closet available to guests, and a window that makes the room very bright during the day. The bathroom, also on the right-hand side, is spacious and complete with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a bathtub that also serves as a shower stall. Finally, the third bedroom, located at the end of the corridor, is furnished with three beds, one of which is a single bed and a bunk bed, and offers a large wardrobe for guests' personal belongings. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, ensuring a pleasant climate at any time of the year. The surrounding garden, accessible from both the living room and the single bedroom, offers ample space for barbecues and outdoor activities, with a dining table and a small table to make the most of your time outdoors. Guest access The entire home is available for guests to use. For those who reach us by car, a large free public parking lot (not reservable) is available just outside the house. Other things to note With our welcome kit you can travel lightly! This includes: - full bedding - a set of two towels for each guest (one shower towel and a smaller one) - shampoo - body soap - dish soap - a complimentary roll of toilet paper - a roll of paper towels - lighters - pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses - some basic condiments, such as salt, oil, pepper, and sugar The center of Milan is easily accessible from the apartment: you can walk in a few minutes to the 'Gessate' metro stop on the MM2 Line. There is no accommodation tax. Finally, I will be happy to welcome you through an automated check-in that allows you to arrive whenever you like from 3:00 p.m. I'm here to ensure a warm welcome and a carefree stay! Use of the barbecue is permitted if requested at the time of booking. Please note that no charcoal or fire-starting materials are provided; therefore, guests are responsible for obtaining these items. The responsibility for cleaning the barbecue lies entirely with the person who uses it. If the space is not cleaned, a €70 fee will be charged for the services of the dedicated staff. To ensure a simple welcome and in compliance with current regulations, we ask that you complete the online check-in on our site before arrival.
