Other things to note Please note, due to major population growth on the Gold Coast, there are many building developments happening along the coast. There is a development across the road from this apartment. There are currently a couple of cranes in view. The apartment has double glazed windows and doors which cut out majority of the noise, additionally disposable earplugs have been provided should you wish to sleep in during the day. The apartment is very peaceful from the hours of 5pm - 6.30am, to which you can hear the ocean.
