The space Bedrooms: - The property comprises of 5 AC bedrooms. 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. - AC, comfortable beds, pool and garden view are offered in all rooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes and mirrors are available. Bathroom: - We have 5 bathrooms in total, 4 bathrooms ensuite in bedrooms and one common bathroom is next to one of the bedrooms on the ground floor - All bathrooms have modern geysers, fresh towels & handwash. ​ Living area: - It’s located on the ground floor with wide openings and connects to the dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, pool and lawn area - This section features WiFi, Smart TV, sound system & multiple sofas. - It is well-lit, ventilated offering magnificent views of the garden and swimming pool Swimming Pool: - The Property has a private swimming pool. It has an adult and a kids section. - Pool dimensions are 35*18ft. The pool is 4.50 ft. deep. Kids section of the pool is 2.5ft deep. Lawn Area: - The Property has a Private Lawn with benches that allows you to spend endless time with your family and friends. - The Garden area comes attached with a Gazebo sit-out area which gives mesmerizing views of the large landscape including the entire property. Food: - We have tied-up with a local cook who provides all homely meals starting 1200/- per person which includes lunch, hi-tea, dinner and breakfast. - A semi furnished kitchen with basic utensils for preparation of kids food or small snacks at your disposal Games: - We have plenty of indoor and outdoor games at the facility like: - Carrom, cricket, badminton, card games, board games, darts and much more Guest access You can access the whole villa and its surroundings. Whether it is stepping out for a dip in the pool or taking a walk in our huge lawn area, you can do it all. Other things to note We love nature as you do. We understand the responsibility of keeping it the same. - Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas. - Diesel Generator is present at the property, in case of power cuts - BBQ is not included in the stay cost. Usage and preparing charges for the same is Rs.1,500 - We don't give Kitchen access. Exception are made only if there is an infant or guests with special dietary requirements - Vodafone network users could face certain connectivity issues. Jio and Airtel network works completely fine. - For groups of 16+ guests: Airbnb only allows up to 16 people at booking checkout. Extra guests beyond 16 will be charged separately, and the final booking amount may differ from what you see at checkout.
