Guest access The building consists of 3 houses, a closed oven with a grill, a bread oven and a kitchen, a large covered terrace and an outdoor pool. The houses are located on the southern slopes of the Kalnik mountain, from every location in the villa there is a beautiful panoramic view. In the first house on the ground floor/basement there is a large dining room with a kitchen and an outdoor covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, toaster, mixer, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher and various dishes and cooking aids. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, TV, couch, kitchenette, a small dining room for 6 people and a bathroom. In the attic there are two rooms for 6 people. Between the first house and the pool is a large covered terrace with a large table. Above it is an object we call a pečenjara. There is another large kitchen with dishes, stove, dishwasher, fridge, brick grill/spit and brick bread oven. It can be closed or semi-open because it has glass sliding windows and doors. Above the pool there is an object that includes the entire spa area. There is a Finnish/infrared sauna, a jacuzzi, an orbitrek, a deckchair, a bathroom and a room with a washing machine and other cleaning aids. On the other side is another house that has a covered terrace on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining room, a kitchen (kettle, dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishes...) On the first floor there are two rooms with a total of 6 beds and a toilet with a sink. All facilities are equipped with air conditioning and heating. There are no additional fees for anything. Everything is already in the price. The grocery store is 2 km away, the nearest town is 15 km away (restaurants, cafes, shopping chains...) It is possible to arrange a trip with quad bikes, paintball, airsoft, electric bikes, horseback riding, paragliding, hiking...) Possibility of massage in the facility. Possibility of beauty treatments, pedicures, manicures, haircuts...
