The keys to the building's entrance doors and your room key are given to you independently upon arrival. TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Unfortunately, this nice master bedroom is not suitable for smokers and people with reduced mobility because it is on the 2nd floor under a very beautiful attic furnished with taste and overlooks the second main square of the Sancoins market "the place of commerce". The room amenities are of good quality as well as the decoration and the 200 X 160 bedding. The advantages of this rental are obviously that it is located in the center of the village, with free parking, 700 M from a Bi1 supermarket (AUCHAN) with fuel and 700 M from another Netto hypermarket and also 700 M from another Intermarché hypermarket (fuel) also a large Bricomarché DIY store, in an area also within 700 M you have a complete medical office, with nurses, doctors, dentists and emergencies, and two hundred meters from the studio you have 2 pharmacies, at the bottom of the house you have a pizzeria and just down the stairs, a VIVAL supermarket 50 m away, a PMU bar, a restaurant and a little further on the other square you also have 4 restaurants all within walking distance, the indoor swimming pool is 500 m away, the post office is also about a hundred meters away and the municipal police is 50 m away, the gendarmerie 500 m away, Sancoins is about 35 min from the very beautiful city of Nevers in the Nièvre 35 minutes away, the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit is 15 minutes away, Moulins in the Allier 45 minutes away and Bourges in the Cher 50 minutes away.
