The first floor apartment offers space for 3 people and is about 55 m² in size. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The bedroom has a double bed with blackout facilities. There is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room and the modern bathroom has a shower.
