This is Casita Beija-Flor. It is on the second floor with access by stairs. Studio-style layout with bedroom and kitchen combined. It has one double bed and one single bed. Private balcony with table, barbecue and chairs. Quiet residential street with easy access to a bakery, shops and restaurants. A simple but cozy place. We offer 1 parking space per casita. Easy access to downtown Petrópolis. Shared garden between the casitas. The space Hello, welcome to Recantos e Refúgios, A wooded space with 5 mini-houses for you to choose from. We are in Valparaiso, one of the best neighborhoods in the city. In a quiet residential area to preserve your rest. Within walking distance, you'll find a small center with a market, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, and bars. The historic center is a 15-20 minute walk away for you to enjoy a stroll. Or you can call an Uber/Taxi or public transportation. The bus stop is also close by. We love diversity and everyone is welcome in our space. We have a common garden that offers the possibility of eating outdoors, feeding the tamarins with bananas and enjoying the kids' area. The Mini-Houses We have 5 options to choose from. All of them are furnished and have a small full kitchen. They are simple, clean and cozy for your stay. All of them have SMART TV and WIFI. So you can log in to your streaming account. We also offer cable TV channels. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of your daily stay. We recommend bringing your own toiletries, such as soaps, shampoos, etc. We have houses for couples and others for up to 4 people. We don't offer breakfast, but you'll have a kitchen of your own to prepare it. Pet-Friendly If you wanted to bring your pet, here are some arrangements: Before you arrive, we need to approve the animal's arrival. Talk to us. 1. We only accept small pets. 2. They cannot climb on the beds 3. They cannot be left alone in any part of the property 4. They cannot be left alone inside the houses 5. An additional fee per animal will be charged 6. The guest is entirely responsible for the animal's hygiene and cleanliness. 7. If the animal bothers other guests with frequent barking or other behavior, we will have to renegotiate its stay. Guest access We have a wooded plot and a grassy area for guests to enjoy. We provide a barbecue and a hammock. Other things to note We do not offer breakfast, but we are close to a delicious bakery where you can buy your breakfast and prepare it in your private kitchen.
