You have all the usual comforts, but the idea of an alternative habitat is also to be aware of its impact on the environment! As a result, a few rules are required during your stay: 1) Except for phones and laptops, do not plug in electrical appliances other than those provided on site, as this may damage the solar system. It is therefore not possible to use, for example, your hairdryer, a straightener or a raclette device 2) The risk of fire being very high in the wilderness, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in and around the hut, but also to light any flame (no barbecue) 3) Wastewater is filtered by plants: you are asked to use only the 100% natural products provided 4) No pets allowed in the hut Guest access . Check-in after 5pm. Possibility to check with your hosts for an earlier check-in (subject to availability) Check-out before 10 a.m. Key box available in case of late arrival Parking your vehicle (free) is on the edge of a small country road, about 100 meters from the refuge. To access the refuge, you will need to walk on a dirt road that climbs about 100 meters. Remember to bring suitable footwear, especially in rainy weather. Other things to note . The shelter is located in a meadow on the farm of Marianne, Etienne and André. Thus, depending on the time of year, cows can be your neighbors a few meters from the accommodation. A fence obviously separates you from these peaceful animals Cleaning is included in the price of the stay There's no wifi in the accommodation Due to its atypical layout and access path, the accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility (PRM) * For information * This accommodation, unique in Europe, is protected under intellectual property and is the subject of several model filings. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited At Homnest, we immerse you in a world of extraordinary adventures, as close as possible to the localities & their inhabitants. Our concept? We make beautiful Eco-lodges, then we install them for free with friendly hosts, who want to welcome guests, in the heart of their regions, passions and local attractions. Our ambition is to install 1000 shelters, with 1000 fantastic hosts, everywhere on Earth (including Antarctica). Welcome to your hosts Marianne, Etienne and André!
