We host only Indian nationals. Classic Room (~120 sq ft) at Paradise Homestay, a clean and budget-friendly family homestay in Vadgaon Budruk, Pune near Sinhagad Road. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or work stays who value hygiene and peace. Queen-size bed, fresh linen, attached 5 X 3 ft bathroom with 24/7 hot water, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and study desk. Independent first-floor access via stairs. AC upgrade is available at an extra charge (₹400*) Please note: no lift, no private parking. The space Paradise Homestay is a family-run home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The focus is on cleanliness, safety, and a homely stay rather than hotel-style luxury. Owners stay on the premises and are available if assistance is needed. The room is approximately 120 sq ft and features a queen-size bed (comfortable for 2 guests), an attached private bathroom 5 X 3 ft, wardrobe, study desk with chair, RO drinking water, power backup, and housekeeping on request. Free Wi-Fi and a 32" Smart YouTube TV are provided. The property is non-smoking and monitored by CCTV for security. Guest access Guests have access only to their private room and attached bathroom. Entry is through a separate staircase to the first floor (no lift). There is no on-site parking. Limited roadside parking may be available at the guest’s own risk. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please read carefully: • Check-in / Check-out: 12:00 PM / 10:00 AM (early check-in subject to availability and charges) • ID Verification: Original physical ID required for all guests (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving License). Digital or scanned IDs are not accepted as per local police rules. • Indian Nationals Only: We are unable to host foreign passport holders. • Guests & Visitors: Only the number of guests selected at the time of booking are allowed to enter the property. Any additional person, even for a short visit, will be charged ₹300 per person. • Climate Control: Air-conditioning is available at ₹200 per person, per night, with a minimum charge of ₹400 per night (whichever is higher). • Parking: No private parking. Roadside parking at owner’s risk. • Dining: Limited home-cooked breakfast menu available (Tea, Poha, Upma, etc.). No guest kitchen access. No kitchen facility. • House Rules: Strictly no smoking, no alcohol, no parties. Quiet, family environment. • Surroundings: The homestay is located in a family residential area and is roadside. Guests should expect normal neighborhood sounds such as children playing and passing vehicles.
