Welcome to our elegant suite on the banks of the River Sieve, just 20 km from Florence – perfect for guests traveling by car. We’re 2 km from Pontassieve (about a 20-minute walk), where frequent trains reach Florence in just 20 minutes. “The Mall” luxury outlet is only a 15-minute drive, making this the ideal base for a relaxing Tuscan getaway. The space Sieve Suite features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, armchair, 55-inch TV, and a genuine marble dining table. From July 2027, the apartment also features newly installed air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a large fridge with freezer, and essential utensils. The private bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and complimentary toiletries. The furnished balcony overlooks pine trees, the River Sieve, and the surrounding hills, offering a peaceful landscape and temperatures that are typically around 2°C cooler than in Florence. At night, you can enjoy a star-filled sky almost every evening. The apartment is located on the first floor, served by an elevator and accessible to guests with disabilities. Free parking is available next to the property, including disabled parking spaces and an EV charging station (CCS – CHAdeMO – Type 2). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and private balcony. The entrance is independent and managed through self check-in, allowing arrival at any time after check-in hours.
