A private parking space for the occupants of La VillaNyota (1 space/house) In the residence of 4 villas, only Villa Nyota is for rent, which ensures you calm around the pool and the residence. Other things to note • Pets not allowed. • On the corner of the path to the residence you will find a small Masai shop with basic necessities, water & drinks & SIM card sale. • Crossing the village you will find local stalls, many restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, fruit & vegetable stalls. • The beach is +/-300m away, there is a kitesurfing school. • Two pizzerias deliver directly to the villa. • Possibility to book your excursions through our local partners. Our partners work eco-responsibly. • Rental scooters are available • You have a high-speed WiFi connection. • When you arrive a bottle of water (the water is not drinkable on the island). • Important information for electricity & water: --> Power outages are common on the island following government facilities to be modernized & optimized, which are unable to meet growing electrical needs. --> To remedy this problem & ensure maximum comfort, we have equipped the house with a system of photovoltaic panels, three batteries & a stabilizer (hybrid system with the village network). • A deposit of €200 is required before check-in. This amount must be sent to us by bank transfer 10 days before your arrival. If three days before your arrival, the amount still hasn't reached us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. The deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer 10 days after your departure if the check-out is in order. We will contact you via WhatsApp regarding the terms of the deposit and stay documents.
