What are you waiting for? The space The apartment (bus number 001) is located in an old mansion in the beautiful Belle Epoque district, just a stone's throw from the sparkling sea. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by an impressive hall. The entrance to the apartment is immediately to the right of the large entrance door. The living room exudes coziness, with wooden finishes, lush upholstery and a large window that floods you with natural light. The modern kitchen has a luxurious finish and all the amenities you need, making it a pleasure to cook and dine here. Afterwards, you can enjoy the blissful sea air on the spacious terrace. In the first bedroom there are 2 nice single beds, each of which can be equipped with safety gates for maximum safety. There are also board games provided in the closet space under the beds. Then you enter the bathroom with a very spacious and luxurious shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a king size bed that offers an oasis of peace and coziness. Other things to note You can park for free down the street (more details after booking). If you come by electric car, you can charge your car 350 meters from the house. The owner of this property does not offer bed and bath linens as part of the reservation total after confirmation. High quality bed and bath linens can optionally be ordered through the co-host after confirming your reservation. He will contact you after the reservation. The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The accommodation is fully furnished, with 90% of the price relating to the home and 10% to the furniture. CLEANING: The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation is included in the price. However, we ask all guests to leave the property in a neat condition to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues. INSPECTIONS: The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after the check-out of previous guests and will be inspected again after check-out. MAINTENANCE: The accommodation is maintained as well as possible, and any defect or damage must be reported immediately. If maintenance problems occur, we ask for patience and understanding.
