Practical accommodation with everything you need. Located in quiet yet central residential area. Private lockable room with its own entrance. Double beds (one regular and one loft bed, both measure 140*200cm) and their own kitchenette in the private room. In the common areas there are also 2 WCs, 1st shower room, 1st kitchen for cooking. The space Double bed 140*200cm. Loft bed 140*200cm (not suitable for height afraid or elderly, disabled persons). Dining area for 4 people. Sofa group. Private kitchenette with fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee and water cooker and of course various household items. Closet and storage. Guest access Private lockable spaces: One enters the room directly from the parking lot. The living room has a double bed and also a loft bed. Also, a kitchen table with 4 chairs. In the living room there is also a kitchenette with fridge/freezer compartment, microwave, sink and kitchen cabinet. Private coffee maker and kettle. (But please note that it is not possible or allowed to use the hotplates or oven in the room! If you need to cook, you can instead use the shared kitchen located downstairs.) There is also a closet with clothes rods and shelves. Common areas: On the same floor as the room there is a WC intended for room 1, 2 and 3. Downstairs there is an extra WC, and also a separate shower room, and a cooking kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. Other things to note We rent out 3 rooms to Airbnb guests in this property (except for 3 regular apartments). These three rooms share the common areas (2 WC, 1 shower room and a cooking kitchen). All guests are expected to set up and wash the dishes after using the common areas! There are some free parkings on the property (marked with parking sign). These can be used if free. If they are occupied by other guests, then one can park on the street. Then see information about parking fees on the information boards on the street. It's free on nights and weekends. Cheap fees during daytime. Close proximity to much: Pizzeria across the street, ie about 25m Shops ICA Maxi food about 500m, Willys food about 500m. There are also pharmacies, and more.
