Holiday Cottage in Forest Paradise

The holiday cottage is located 9 km from the town of Idrija, in an idyllic countryside in a forest quiet paradise, in a beautiful location, on the edge of the landscape park of Zgornja Idrijca, independently next to our home house. The location is the starting point for cycling, hiking, fishing in the Idrijca and Soča rivers, hunting, mushroom picking and more. Next to the house 25 m away there is the signposted Slovenska Hiking Trail Via Alpina. Access to the cottage is arranged. You park your vehicle under the large covered parking within the holiday cottage for free. The space The living area is in the upper area of the cottage, access via external stairs with a landscaped covered patio in front of the entrance with a dining table and two benches. Inside is entered with a code electronic lock or keys. The interior is fully equipped with kitchen, (induction stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, mixer, stick blender), AC (heat, cooling), bathroom, TV, netflix, internet fiber optics, WIFI, dining corner with four chairs. There are four beds in the space (2x bed 200 x 90 and 1x bed 200 x 160). An extra bed on a 120cm wide sofa bed is an option. There is a laundry room in the lower part (washer, dryer) with detergents, drying laundry is also possible outside on a tidy patio area. Downstairs equipped bathroom, shower and wc. There is an IR sauna next to it, an additional refrigerator with a freezer, and a special space with the option of restraining bikes or other equipment. All windows on the entire property are secured with insect screens and blackout blinds and intimo. There is a bench in front of the property with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, hammock and outdoor gas grill, larger table and chairs. If desired, in front of the facility in the parking lot, you can clean and wash your vehicle for free. Guests are free to roam throughout the property of the holiday home, its surroundings and nature. Smaller pets are allowed in the upper living area, upon previous agreement and fee, there is an option on the property below in an empty outdoor landscaped enclosed and fenced release of a kennel (fenced cca 500m2), even a larger dog or two, (see pictures). If desired, we take you for a short scenic ride on a 1943 Jepp willys military vehicle, (at your own risk). See pictures. Booking a holiday cottage is possible for a minimum of three days. Welcome.
