We offer a 2+1 apartment near the Budějovická metro station - it is only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. It is very bright and quiet, making it an ideal place for a couple or friends who want to enjoy the city but also have a quiet place to sleep or work. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is FREE in front of the house on weekends (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), other days it is 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00) The space The apartment, which you will have all to yourself, includes: - 2x room with double bed 160x200 - dining table and 4 chairs (2 chairs are foldable so they don't take up so much space) - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine. There is also salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. - Smart TV - Hairdryer - Body and hand wash, shampoo - Bed linen and towels - Wi-Fi The apartment overlooks the busy streets, so there is absolute peace.
