Welcome to our cottage located in the center of Saint-Romain near Beauval Zoo: 120 m2 house with terrace, completely renovated in 2024, accommodating up to 10 people + 2 babies. All amenities, furniture, appliances and bedding are new and of quality. Free parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation. Wi-Fi connection. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (quality bedding, hairdryer, spacious showers), an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso compatible Barista Gold capsule coffee maker + classic coffee maker with filter...), a large living area (dining room and living room with flat screen), and a terrace with dining area and barbecue. Room details: - on the ground floor a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a wooden baby bed. - upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and two 80 x 200 cm beds - a travel cot Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. Free equipment for 2 babies (wooden baby bed + baby bed, high chair/bouncer + chair booster, bathtub, changing mat, potty, toilet seat reducer). Games available for children and adults (board games, foosball, petanque balls, darts, sandbox...) Heating and air conditioning. Free internet connection in the accommodation. Self check-in possible with key box. Free parking is available in front of the house. We offer you as an option: - Bed linen: €15 per large bed (double bed, sofa bed) and €8 per small bed (beds are made on arrival) - Towels: €2/person Guest access You will have the whole house at your disposal with the outdoor area under the courtyard including a terrace and a games + grill area.
