Sweet, welcoming and airy, the brand new Villa Elea is a 2-bedroomed detached villa with stylish details and private swimming pool ideally located in a quiet area of the well known resort of Acharavi. Able to sleep up to 4 guests + 1 extra child in folding bed, Villa Elea is set to impress for its Mediterranean decor, its attention to the details, its modern equipments and for the unparalleled outdoor areas surrounded by olive trees. The space Inside, Villa Elea is set over one floor. Entrance from the front staircase is onto the airy lounge with comfortable sofas, smart tv, wi-fi internet, air-conditioning and adjoining well equipped kitchen perfect for the preparation of any kinds of meals. Big patio doors open straight to the furnished pool-facing terrace, the perfect spot for al-fresco dining using the barbecue provided. There are 2 [hidden according to Airbnb content policy]ioned bedrooms at Villa Elea: one double and one with 2 single beds (that can be joined by the guests at their convenience to form a double) sharing a stylish bathroom with shower and washing machine. An extra guests (5th guest, child up to 12 years old) can be accommodated on an extra folding bed. During the renovation, a great care has been given to the choice of colors, furniture and details to offer a superior holiday experience even to the most demanding guests. The convenient location within the well known Acharavi will also add extra value to this delightfully pretty villa. Outside, Villa Elea is a true oasis, featuring extensive balconies and a large private pool (measuring 5.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.5m) with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Charing olive trees surround the gardens for a truly Greek holiday experience. Barbecue is provided for the guests and parking is available within the premises. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, beach towels, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government, introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info to all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
