The space The space: we have 4 kind of rooms. - the Villarnona ensuite with 1 queen size bed, private bathroom and private terrace. - the Bellagio room with 1 queen size bed - the Cernobbio room with 1 queen size bed Shared bathroom. - On the tavern/basement, the Balbianello room with 1 queen size bed, private bathroom. Living room (8 seats), kitchen, service bath, office and tavern, complete this beautifull villa. Guest access The exclusive kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge. The living rooms are all equipped with flat-screen TVs. An exclusive terrace outside the suite with lake view. On the basement, with two access, one from the garage without stairs and one from the villa, there is a the second big living room with kitchen corner and  Balbianello bedroom with bathroom. Outside both in the front and behind a beautiful garden, (seating for 8).  Swimming pool, patio, fenced in yard, tall shrubbery for privacy by pool area. The patio also has loungers and an outdoor dining area. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is free with two/three covered parking spaces inside the villa in the garage and the possibility of other parking spaces on the street. Plentiful toilet paper, towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry and dish detergents, etc. Guests have the entire house, front and back yards including pool and outdoor shower to themselves.  Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life.  There are no pets allowed at this property. There are no events or parties allowed unless authorized. ( reservation will be canceled ). There is no smoking allowed inside the home. Please be advised that our outdoor spaces are subject to natural elements, and despite our best efforts, leaves may accumulate from surrounding trees. We strive to maintain our backyard regularly, but due to the unpredictable nature of outdoor environments, we cannot guarantee a completely leaf-free zone at all times. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work to keep our outdoor areas in the best possible condition.
