The space The property offers 2 large bedrooms with bedding and towels provided, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living & dining area overlooking a covered patio with a large backyard space. Separated from the living areas, the bedrooms have a queen size bed and four adult size king single bunk beds for a good night’s sleep. There is also a portable cot for infants available on request. There is a main bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and bath, a separate powder room with wash basin and toilet, as well as an adjoining open style laundry. Washing & cleaning products provided. The property has been kitted out with all the mod cons. Central heating & cooling unit, under floor heating in the Bathroom & Powder Room, free wi-fi, smart TV, board games and books all at your disposal to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The large backyard has an outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and fire pit plus a selection of outdoor games, kids play equipment and trampoline. Please note that wood for the fire pit is not provided. The property also has ample car parking as well as room for your boat.
