The one that is part of its rental is the large house since the small one is a private apartment that belongs to the owner of the villa exclusively. The big house has the listed amenities and the description is as follows: - 4 Rooms - 10 beds (two double beds, one king size bed, two cabins with pull-out beds, one single bed). We can also provide you with inflatable beds for your convenience. - 3.5 bathrooms In addition, the property has: -Two kitchens (covered and outdoor) - Indoor room with TV - Varied furnished outdoor spaces -BQ Area - Outdoor shower - Table de Villar - Tables de Dominos - Basketball Court - Family Dining -Pool and Jacuzzi - And many more! Other things to note Rules: - It is a space to be cleared, but considering it is important to keep the areas of the property tidy, take care of everything that is part of the property and keep a certain order within the premises. - Take care of furniture, fixtures, utensils, and every part of the house is required. You will also be liable for any damage caused within the property. - Music is not a further impediment if it is required to keep a volume to take care of the music equipment since they could be affected. - It will have the distant presence of the maintenance manager, who is kept in a secluded area of the villa if it will be inside the premises for the safety of guests and the same property. You can still ask for your help if you need it. - The private apartment of the villa (the small house) is not yet exposed to the public. It only has the large house that has the amenities of the post plus access to everything else on the outside. - Paying insurance for $80 is required for the stay in this place. If no damage is caused in your stay, your money will be returned in full.
