Welcome to Casa Amarela, a wonderfully well appointed and comfortable beachfront 5 bedroom/5.5 bathroom open plan single story house, flooded with natural light in the peaceful setting of Barra Grande Beach, in the district of Maragogi. The beach of Barra Grande is of magical beauty and is located on the Costa dos Corais - the Brazilian Caribbean. Secluded, peaceful, full of coconut trees and crystal clear pools of coral, you will relax like never before in this little paradise. The space The property offers landscaped grounds, a beachside cabana, outdoor rain shower, and a sand volleyball /badminton court. Our cabana features a wet bar and grill, custom-made furniture and hammocks, letting you enjoy the breezy climate of the Coral Coast while gazing at the gorgeous brilliant sea. Tastefully decorated, with modern quality furniture and attention to detail, Casa Amarela includes a large L-shaped terrace with external furniture including hammocks and chaises for sunbathing, and a lovely external pergola overlooking the sea perfect for breakfast. The house rests at a gorgeous ocean front, the beach only a few steps from the garden, with no street to cross between you and the white sand! Included in the price are house cleaning and tidying up services every day, including garden and cabana. The groundskeeper is extremely knowledgeable about the region and is a great source of information. He keeps the grounds and cabana clean, can help you in making BBQs, makes great caipirinhas, and when available can get fresh coconut water for you from our trees. His wife cleans the house and bathrooms everyday and makes the beds. The cooking and kitchen cleaning are the responsibility of the guests but if you are interested you can arrange with her to cook and clean the kitchen for a fee. You can make such arrangements directly with her. Tap water and cooking gas are also included in the price. Electricity is charged based on consumption as determined by the meter reading - the groundskeeper will show you the meter upon entrance and exit. We charge back only what the local energy provider charge us. Casa Amarela offers you a very comfortable stay, including linen, bath towels, towels for the outside shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The 5 bedrooms have air-conditioning. The guests are responsible for their own food supplies, bottled water, and personal higiene items. The house can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people including children. In addition we can also offer up to 2 cribs for babies. Casa Amarela is located at the Barra Grande beach, 10 mins by car from two small beach towns - Maragogi (Alagoas State) and São José da Coroa Grande (Pernambuco State), where you can find supermarket, fish market, green market, drugstore, banks, bars and restaurants.We hope to be able to welcome you at our little paradise! Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Sunbathe on the white sand or read a book on a chaise longue by the lovely terrace, snooze in a hammock, enjoy a barbecue in the shade of the pergola, play a sand volleyball match or gaze out at night to the starry sky. Other things to note All bedrooms have AC. Please turn it off during the day to save energy since house is very well ventilated. Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 10AM.
