This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. The space Along the "Romantic Road," one of the most popular holiday routes in Germany, lies the beautiful town of Wertheim with its historic old town, where the rivers Main and Tauber flow together. On this route from the Main to the Alps, vacationers can get to know culture, landscape, nature, history, castles, art and regional culinary delicacies. Here in Wertheim, the river "Main" forms the border between Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. On the opposite side of our district is the “Spessart” Nature Park with its numerous hiking trails, which lead to many cozy inns. Experience the beauty of our landscapes as a cyclist on the "Main – Radweg" or the "Klassiker Liebliches Taubertal" (5-star – premium – bike path) ----------------------------------------------- Here you will stay in a part of a loft. Part of a former commercial and warehouse building, which has been rebuilt and modernized through exclusive and high-quality measures. The construction enabled the typical loft room height of 3.20 m. This creates a very pleasant feeling of space. Here you certainly don't have the impression that (literally) “The ceiling is falling on your head.” We wish you a pleasant stay. Guest access Check-in: Parking: The parking spaces in the yard are already all reserved. However, there is plenty of free parking available on the public street right in front of the studio apartment. Entrance: After entering the courtyard, you will reach the entrance door of the tiny apartment via the koi pond bridge. Keys: The key safe is located on the left side of the entrance door. You will receive the code for this on the day of your arrival. Wi-Fi In the studio apartment there is a data protection document that should be signed to release the password. If Internet is required, please have all persons sign, take a photo of the page with the signatures, and send this photo to us via messenger or email. We will then send the password for WLAN / Wi-Fi Other things to note Pet / dog: Rules for bringing a pet into our apartment As a dog owner, we understand the needs of pet owners very well. That's why it was especially important for us to offer dog-friendly apartments. However, in order to ensure hygiene in our apartments, the following rules apply, which must be strictly adhered to: Pets: Bringing a pet is only permitted with the prior written approval of the landlord. As long as the pet has not been presented and approved in writing, a general pet ban applies. Unauthorized carrying of a pet constitutes a breach of contract and may result in removal from the property. Due to the limited size of the apartment, only a small to medium-sized dog can be brought along after approval. The pet must be well-trained, socially acceptable and housebroken. Requirements for approval: For approval, we kindly ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the pet in advance by email or mobile messenger. This should include the following information: Type Age Sex Character/temperament Social Compatibility House training Important: Unfortunately, we cannot accept animals with severe hair loss. Costs: If permission is granted, we charge €5 per night and €15 additional final cleaning costs. (For bookings through Airbnb, the additional final cleaning is included in the price; however, the overnight price for the dog must be paid on site.) These fees are required due to the increased effort to comply with our hygiene concept. Additional notes: Heavy soiling will be charged separately. Animals are not allowed on furniture or in bed. We ask for your understanding in the interest of subsequent guests.
