A 120-year-old traditional Japanese house nestled in the mountains

This is Wakasa, in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, in the Hokuriku region. The old private house inn "Koharu" is an inn nestled in the mountains of Obama City. This is a renovated old private house built in the late Meiji era, where the 91-year-old energetic parents and the host couple continue to live together. It can accommodate up to 4 adults per day. The accommodation fee is for 1 night with 2 meals. The accommodation fee is for 1 adult. For accompanying guests Please note that there will be an additional fee. While looking at the natural landscape of the four seasons and the nostalgic landscape of the village Please spend a relaxing time forgetting about the passage of time. The host couple and their parents live on the first floor of the building. There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, and the Western-style rooms have twin beds and a counter. You will be staying under the same roof, but sometimes you are welcome to talk with us over a drink after dinner. The space There are 2 western-style rooms with twin beds and a counter. Each room can accommodate up to 2 adults. There is a shared bathroom and a shared toilet with a shower toilet, both on the first floor.
