The space One bedroom, fully contained studio offering spacious accommodation for two guest with all the necessities such as a comfortable queen bed, study/vanity area. A wardrobe equipped with hangers, spare blankets/bed linen, towels & iron. A stylish and relaxed living room equipped with a 55” smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker and books ready for use! A fully contained kitchen filled with kitchen appliances such as full sized fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, convection stove top and kitchen utensils, located under the kichten sink is cleaning supplies and other miscellaneous items. Modern bathroom, with rain fall shower head and hand held shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A hair dryer is also available. Ring light mirror for the perfect photo opportunity! The toilet is seperate from the bathroom. Guest access The whole unit is for guest use. The swimming pool and surrounding area, is a shared space with host. Secure on street parking located at the front of the property. Please keep your pet off the bedding & furniture. If guests choose to ignore this rule, an additional drying cleaning fee will be charged. ▪️As you have full access to the backyard for your pet to run around. Please make sure they are supervised at all times around the swimming pool and not left unattended. We are dog lovers but we cant take responsibly for your pets! We kindly ask you to follow our rules, we want each guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay 😊
