A really nice holiday home in Kalajoki's Hiekkasärki. This unique and stylish apartment is located on a sandy beach by the sea. Marina Dyynikylä is located between the sea and a landscaped pond. The marina area will be built into a high-quality and maritime holiday and recreation center of the Hiekkasärkkien tourist center. This 2-story 88m2 vacation home was completed in the fall of 2023 and was commissioned in 052024. The space Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a laundry/sauna as well as an outdoor and sun terrace. Upstairs, there is a living room, kitchen, 2 glazed balconies and a toilet. The double beds in the bedrooms can be separated into two 90cm beds. Guest access All facilities are available to the guest. There is a carport in front of the apartment and in addition to this, there is one parking space in the yard. Both parking spaces are at your disposal free of charge. Other things to note Final cleaning and linen are not included in the rental price. If you wish, you can take care of the final cleaning yourself (cleaning equipment in the apartment) or order cleaning from us for an additional fee of 150€. Linen/towels can be brought with you or ordered through us for €25/person.
