The house was an old barn in the 17th century, the latter was completely rebuilt to adapt to modern comfort. You will enjoy an ideal location, in the picturesque district of the ramparts of Eguisheim, in a charming alley lined with colorful half-timbered houses. The space The house was fully rehabilitated in 2024 with a decoration conducive to relaxation. The goal is for guests to feel as good as they are at home. You will stay on the ground floor of the house from where you will see the village walls. 🅿️ There is public parking 2 minutes walk away (4 euros/day) and free parking about 5-10min walk away. The rental comprises: ✔️An elegantly decorated apartment, sleeping up to two people; it has a large fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a comfortable bed 160x200, a bathroom with spacious shower (90x120) and toilet and washing machine. ✔️The bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, duvets), linens (tea towels, towels), bath towels, ✔️Consumables - starter kit (toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt). 💡 Depending on your needs, the house can be fully privatized offering the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people (contact me beforehand to check availability). ✨So if you like soothing and inspiring spaces, places steeped in history, if the idea of reconnecting with nature excites you; the apartment is waiting for you! The house is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the picturesque Remparts district of the village of Eguisheim, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France, renowned for its great architectural beauty and vineyard. 🌸 Stroll through the small cobbled streets of the village; you will feel like stepping back in time with these colorful, lovely and flowery houses in the summer 🌸. The visit to the points of interest of the village can be done entirely on foot. At the end of the year, you will appreciate the magical Christmas atmosphere of the village and its surroundings. 🍇 Lovers of beautiful hikes on foot or by bike, you can enjoy the magnificent setting of the Alsatian vineyard at the start of the village. The pretty city of Colmar is just 7 km away and is served by public transport from Eguisheim (bus stop 5 min walk from the accommodation)🍇 There are many restaurants, terraces, cafes, as well as bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The village is dynamic and offers visitors many tourist activities: wine cellar tours, small tourist train tours, bike rentals, etc... The beautiful city of Strasbourg and the famous Europa-Park amusement park are less than an hour's drive from Eguisheim.
