The space - Private apartment on the 21st floor - Private balcony - River view Guest access The apartment has many free utilities: Gym, infinity pool, sauna, karaoke room, movie room, campus floor, children's play area,... Other things to note The property is entirely yours during your stay. Feel free to access full functions/facilities. - Self check-in/check-out system. - Please do not smoke inside the apartment. - We will provide a guidebook for every information you need to know about the property. - We are sorry but we charge for any damage to the property. Thank you for your understanding. RULES FOR APARTMENT USE 1. Check-in time: 14:00 Check out time: 10:00 (early check in and late check out surcharge 100,000VND/ hour ) 2. Turn off the electric devices and close the door carefully when going out of the room. 3. It is strictly forbidden to use stimulants, explosives, violations of the law in the apartment. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. No noise affecting surrounding residents. 6. In case of losing the room card will compensate 200,000vnd/card. 7. No refunds will be given for violations of the above rules. If you are reminded by the building management, the residents reflect, please return the card and check out immediately. 8. For late check-out guests will be charged an additional fee of 100,000vnd/hour. 9. Store the furniture in the room, if you damage/lose things you will have to compensate 100% of the equivalent value. 10. Do not drop colored dirt into the room space, sofa, bed, items. If you violate, you will bear the cleaning cost from 100,000vnd - 1,000,000vnd.
