The space - Private apartment on the 21st floor - Private balcony - River view Guest access The apartment has many free facilities: Gym, infinity pool, sauna, karaoke room, movie room, campus floor, children's play area,... Other things to note The place is entirely yours during your stay. Feel free to use all functions/amenities. - Self check-in/check-out system. - Please do not smoke inside the apartment. - We will provide a guidebook with all the information you need to know about the place. - We are sorry but we charge for any damage to the property. Thank you for your understanding. APARTMENT RULES 1. Check-in time: 14:00 Check-out time: 10:00 (early check-in and late check-out surcharge of 100,000 VND/hour) 2. Turn off electrical devices and close the door carefully when leaving the room. 3. It is strictly forbidden to use stimulants, explosives, and commit illegal acts in the apartment. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Do not make noise that affects surrounding residents. 6. In case of losing the room card, you will compensate 200,000 VND/card. 7. We will not refund for violations of the above rules. If you are reminded by the building management or reported by residents, please return the card and check out immediately. 8. For late check-out, an additional fee of 100,000 VND/hour will be charged. 9. Preserve the furniture in the room, if you damage/lose the furniture, you will have to compensate 100% of the equivalent value. 10. Do not drop colored dirt into the room, sofa, bed, and items. If you violate, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 100,000 VND - 1,000,000 VND.
