La Terrasse Gîte: 4 bedrooms, 10 people, Center

Welcome to the "La Terrasse" cottage, a house equipped with reversible air conditioning, 4 bedrooms with a capacity of 10 people, ideal for business travelers and groups on vacation. Enclosed space for bikes. Located in the city center, close to all shops on foot, our house offers tranquility and comfort in a warm atmosphere. Its large covered terrace of 20 m2 is perfect for lunch and dinner al fresco. Warning: steep stairs! The space Our house is 125 m2, spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor: A large entrance, with a "bike garage" space (6 spaces). On the 1st floor: - The large fully-equipped dining/kitchen area is ready for friendly meals. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle. - The living room offers a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm), with a TV, board games and a library for your entertainment. - A large covered terrace of 20 m2 with table and chairs is also available to guests. The gîte comprises of 4 cozy bedrooms, each composed of: - a double bed (140 x 200 cm), - a dressing room - a desk. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are included. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets in the house. The stairs leading to the terrace and bedrooms are steep, this can be difficult for older adults or toddlers: The house is semi-detached on both sides, we are committed to respecting the tranquility of our neighbors. Parties are forbidden and we ask guests to respect quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Guest access Self check-in: To facilitate your arrival at any time, we have set up a key box with a code: you will receive detailed instructions on the day of your arrival. I can also make myself available to hand you the keys in person.
