La Terrasse Air-Conditioned Cottage: Groups and Teams

Welcome to the "La Terrasse" cottage, the ideal home for teams on business trips: - 4 separate bedrooms, - desk in each bedroom, - fibre Wi-Fi, - air conditioning, - equipped kitchen. - large terrace Perfect for accommodating your employees near the Plaine de l'Ain, the CNPE Bugey or the UFPI. Accommodation not suitable for children (steep stairs) The space Our house is 125 m², spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor: A large entrance, with a “bike garage” space (6 places). On the 1st floor: - The large dining room/fully equipped kitchen is ready for friendly meals. Refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, Senséo coffee maker, electric kettle. - The living room offers a sofa bed (180x200 cm), with a TV, board games and a bookcase for your entertainment. - A large covered terrace of 20 m2 with table and chairs is also at your disposal. The cottage has 4 cozy bedrooms, each with: - a double bed (140x200 cm), - a dressing room - a desk. The beds are made upon your arrival and the bath linens are included. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets in the house. The stairs leading to the terrace and the bedrooms are steep, which is why we do not recommend it for the elderly and children. The house is semi-detached on both sides, and we are committed to respecting the tranquility of our neighbours. Parties are prohibited, and we ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Guest access Self check-in: To facilitate your arrival at any time, we have set up a key box with a code: you will receive detailed instructions on the day of your arrival. I can also make myself available to hand you the keys in person.
