Quiet and comfortable room located in the basement of a detached house in a village adjoining the city of Soissons. Ideally located 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Entry is through the garage. Available: private shower room, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and microwave! No cooking utensils. You have a garden area with table and chairs. We can host you until 9pm. (No arrivals at night) The space Bedroom with independent access and private shower room. Bed 140 x 190. Ceiling height 1.98 m. Available: coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge. No sink, no dishes. Access to garden with garden table and chairs. Guest access Access to the room is very easy and independent process. You enter through the garage using a remote control. You can park in front of the house without any problem; it's a very quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. During your stay We are available for advice on the area and its surroundings. We will be available for any requests. Other things to note The bed linen and towels are provided. Please note! Although there is a microwave and a small refrigerator, this is not an apartment. There are no dishes available. It's still a bedroom. These amenities are a little extra. Thank you for understanding.
