Kitchen: Fully equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. Dining room has a large table and accommodates 6 guests. Living room with 2 sofas and 50'-inch TV Verandah with a large table seating 6 persons. Garden-Japanese Garden with furniture. Location: Booval Railway Station 300m, bus 100m, shops, medical The space The house has three spacious rooms; two have brand new queen beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. In the kitchen and bathroom you will find extra amenities. Please ask if you cannot find them as I am always happy to help. Guest access Guests can use the entire house including a secure undercover garage and a laundry with clothes lines in the laundry and outside.
