We will try our best to accommodate your request and make arrangement with housekeeping accordingly. Entry before 3pm without notification can be treated as illegal trespassing. Check-out: before 10AM ————————————— (We will be charged by our cleaners for time spent waiting outside the accommodation past 10am for guests to vacate, their charge is 50 AUD/hour and we will pass this cost to guests. If you check-out past 10:00am leading to compensation to our next Guests due to late check-in or any other way - we will need pass compensation cost to you) Our advice: If you need to check out later than 10am due to any unforeseen circumstances please contact us as early as possible. Our cleaners run on a tight schedule but we will try our best to accommodate it. Damage ————————————— We understand accidents happen sometimes, but please notify us. We don't normally charge for replacement of smaller items, this just allows us to replenish broken items or arrange fixes promptly. No party no pets ————————————— Strictly no party. We may cancel your stay without notice and evict you from the premises if any event or party is organized without our consent. No refund will be processed. Our advice:
Do notify us if you are inviting people over. Kitchen cleaning ————————————— Our cleaning fees does NOT include cutlery, crockery, glassware, outdoor grill, oven, or cookware cleaning. Any of the mentioned left dirty after check-out may incur an extra cleaning fee. Our advice:
Do clean your dishes, cutlery, utensils, outdoor grill and cookware prior to your departure. You can load them into the dishwasher (if present) and turn it on. Our team will clean them further after unloading if needed and put them back in storage. Guests are not expected to do any cleaning in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Rubbish Disposal ————————————— All rubbish should be properly disposed of in designated rubbish/recycling bins or areas in the apartment or building. No Smoking ————————————— If smell persists after your check out and we need to invite professional smell treatment, we will need to pass on the invoice. Cooking ————————————— Any activation will trigger a fire brigade visit and the incurred fees will be passed on to guest. Our Advice: Open windows and turn on the kitchen extractor fan while cooking. No Drugs, Unauthorized Weapons, Criminal or Unlawful Activity ————————————— Failing to abide by this rule will lead to immediate cancelation of your stay and eviction without notice. There will be no refund processed. Our advice:
If you are on a business trip and must carry a weapon due to the nature of your work or intend to bring a hunting weapon for the sole purpose of hunting animals do notify us in advance. We may ask you to show us a paper proof. In all other occasions please leave your firearms at home Fee ————————————— We strive to offer a hotel-like experience, there are some reasonable expectations regarding the state of the unit upon check-out. The below-listed fees are designed to address significant messes left behind by guests who don’t respect our property. We have every confidence that as someone reading this, you’re a responsible guest, and these fees won’t apply to you. Lost Key: * 350 AUD replacement fee. Parking tags is 200 AUD replacement fee Extra Cleaning: * 50 AUD per hour should it be necessary to clean carpets, remove stains, smell of smoke, or remove excessive rubbish. Kitchen cleanliness: * 50 AUD per hour if our cleaner needs to spend time doing dishes. Smoking: * 250 AUD plus any associated cost if we have to relocate an incoming guests due to smell. Partying: * Any additional cost of cleaning and repairing on top of eviction. Fire alarm activation: * depending on contractor invoice Damage: * We understand accidents happen. Chances are if we are made aware of these early enough a lot of damage can potentially be fixed, replaced or recovered by our capable maintenance team. We’d really appreciate if we can be notified of any damage. And if it’s something that can be easily fixed it replaced we won’t charge anything. * If you check in after 10 pm, you are required to pay an additional $15 which is charged be a third party overnight service provider.
